How many treatments will I need?
Some clients notice improvement following a single session; however, a course of approximately 1–3 treatments may be recommended depending on the concern, treatment area and desired result.
Collagen remodelling continues after treatment, meaning results develop progressively rather than appearing all at once.
Contraindications
Morpheus8 may not be suitable for everyone. A full consultation and medical history assessment are required before treatment.
Treatment may be contraindicated or need to be postponed in cases including:
• Pregnancy
• Active infection or inflammation in the treatment area
• Certain immune-compromising conditions
• Collagen/connective tissue disorders
• Impaired wound healing
• Active herpes outbreak
• Certain significant medical conditions or medications
• Unrealistic treatment expectations
A history of cold sores/herpes should always be disclosed during consultation as preventative antiviral treatment may be recommended.
